Fully furnished from 1 november 2026 or as agreed until 30 october 2027 with a possibility of extension and with mutual notice period. Good bus connection to the rest of Malmo and Lund. The bus stop is close to the building. 11 minuts by bicycle to värnhemstorget Dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. The rent which is 8450kr/month includes the following. Hyrs ut fullt möblerad från 1 novemner 2026 eller enligt överenskommelse till 30 oktober 2027 med chans till förlängning och med omsesidigt uppsägningstid.
