Dog not included(Girlfriends dog just happened to be there) The room in the apartment being rent out is the bigger room with a walk in closet and separate door to the balcony. There's full access to the entire apartment except the spare bedroom where I'll be keeping my things and spend 2-3 days of the week in(I will be working these days so I won't be there a lot even those days). I will not be in the apartment a majority of the week so you will have the apartment to yourself for a majority of the time. Internet, water, heat etc is all included, Netflix is on the tv for you to use as well. Beyond this there is a Floor AC to use as you wish, as well as a robot vacuum that you can download the app for and control as you wish. There's a notice of 3 months of advance warning if anything were to occur. Such as me selling the apartment or other things. Hund ingår ej (flickvännens hund råkade vara där) Rummet i lägenheten som hyrs ut är det större rummet med en walk-in-closet och separat dörr till balkongen. Det finns full tillgång till hela lägenheten förutom gästsovrummet där jag kommer att förvara mina saker och tillbringa 2-3 dagar i veckan (jag kommer att jobba dessa dagar så jag kommer inte att vara där så mycket ens de dagarna). Jag kommer inte att vara i lägenheten större delen av veckan så du kommer att ha lägenheten för dig själv större delen av tiden. Internet, vatten, värme etc. ingår, Netflix finns också på tv:n som du kan använda. Utöver detta finns en golv-AC att använda som du vill, samt en robotdammsugare som du kan ladda ner appen för och styra som du vill. Det finns en 3 månaders förvarning om något skulle hända. Till exempel att jag säljer lägenheten eller andra saker.
