A large student room in the Östra Torn area available for rent, taking 10 minutes by bike to reach Lund University and 12 minutes to Lund C. Alternatively the apartment is right next to bus stops 6 and 7. Water, heat, electricity, internet are already included in the monthly rent. You will be living with me, the landlord. We will be sharing a big storage space, walk-in closet, kitchen (furnished, for 2-4 people) and bathroom. The common bathroom is in mint condition, having been recently renovated in 2023. There is also an outdoors patio infront of the apartment and an available gardening spot that you can sign up for.
