The Room is in Oxelösund, at 10 km from Nyköping and 100 km from Stockholm. A big room of 20m2 with a private sunny balcony, with a very nice view onto the fountain, in a very safe area, at 5 km from Jogersö strand! The entry of the apartment has big wardrobes. The kitchen is new and modern. The bathroom is spacious, clean and aerated by a window. The building has a big and clean laundry and a bicycle room. There is free parking places for cars behind the building. There is a bus every 30 minutes from Oxelösund to Nyköping and there is a train every one hour from Nyköping to Stockholm central station. Shopping centrum, bank, post, clinic,... at ten minutes walking. The tenant is required to keep the apartment clean, respect silence and take shower regularly. The tenant can use one of my bicycles! No alcohol, no smoking, no drogs, no pets, no visits!! I am very quiet and respectful. I live alone here but sometimes my girlfriend comes here to stay with me, she is very quiet and respectful too! Note: In the apartment there is also another room to rent, smaller and without balcony, for 4000 kr.
