Introducing our newly built and spacious apartment (85 sqm), with abundant natural light, and a modern design. Built in 2019, this newly constructed space features top-of-the-line appliances, 3 inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a modern kitchen including an exceptional coffee machine. Our kitchen is equipped with shared amenities, and we'll have a cleaning service for the common area. All bedrooms are fully furnished (with bed incl. mattress, closet, working desk, and desk chair). The common area is shared (bathroom and kitchen). About the space: + Sophisticated design + Bright with many windows + Top modern and fully equipped kitchen + Modern bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer' + Wooden floors + Shared Terrace + Common backyard behind the house with barbecue area (needs to be reserved) Bedroom 2: - 9 sqm - 1,20cm bed - Window towards the inner garden - 7750kr/month rent The rent is inclusive heating & warm/cold water. Additional costs (electricity, Wi-Fi, home insurance, cleaning) will be split amongst all (ca. 600kr/month/person). The deposit is 2 month's rent with a private contract or 0-1 month’s rent with a contract via qasa + qasa fees. The contract is without time limitation 🙂 You will be sharing the space of the upper 85 sqm apartment with Tomé (32, likes running, snowboarding, and sailing; Product Manager in FinTech) and Ninna (30, likes dancing traveling and is a airplanes designer Location: The apartment is close to a few food stores, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, and Rissne metro station. Plus, if you like nature, the park/forest is super close by as well :) - Metro: The closest metro station is about 5 mins walking from the apartment ('Rissne'). From the metro station, it then takes 15 mins to get to the City Center via metro. - Bus: The closest bus station is right in front of the apartment ('Lavettvägen'). Tvärbana: The tvärnana extension just around the corner is being finished soon, which will take you to Kista and Bromma in no time. - Car: You can use the public street parking slots in neighboring streets.
