The house adjoins two artists’ museums. The household is international and intergenerational, with a relaxed and open character and an interest in ideas and creative work. The shared spaces include a library with a fireplace, a kitchen and dining area, bathroom and laundry room, as well as a terrace and garden. Parking is available. There is plenty of space to feel at home, with room for your own routines and privacy while still sharing a home with others. Children have lived here before and are very welcome. Rent: 5,500 SEK/month + a share of household utilities, or 7,500 SEK/month as a fixed all-inclusive rent (electricity, heating, water and internet included). Despite the quiet surroundings, Stockholm is easily accessible. Badhusvägen bus stop is about a 10-minute walk from the house, with bus connections towards Slussen.
