Cute cottage collective in Nacka looking for new roommates! About the place: By Skurusundet there is a cute cottage right by the water with a magical view. There are 5 bedrooms, a living room with a big TV, a kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. Outside there is a spacious balcony with a view on the water and stairs leading to our own wooden jetty, and a little beach. The nature reserve Nyckelviken is 15 mins away. Public transport: From the bus stop called Skurutorg or Skurustugan buses go often and all night to Slussen, the ride takes 12-25 minutes depending on the time of travel. The room currently available has its own entrance, 13m² with a beautiful view out into the water. Rent is 4200:- On top of cold rent, there are costs for electricity, heating, water, and internet (in winter in total we paid 1 500 SEK but in warmer months it will be cheaper). 1-month deposit. This is an old wooden house and garden that requires some extra love, our landlord is very helpful and takes care of most maintenance.
