Apartment Swedish Charm is close to nature and close to Stockholm. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Public transportation is very convenient and there is a commuter boat to the State House. The apartment is part of a lakeside property and you will have access to our dock and a parking spot. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. NO SMOKING! Smoking is absolutely not allowed. I cannot stress this enough. Not in the apartment. Not around the apartment. We all know that the smell clings to furniture and clothing, and is almost impossible to get rid of. The apartment is an independent unit but is part of our home, and like other apartment complexes we will hear each other sometimes. No pets. We have our own dogs and cats, and while they love people, other animals have been know to scare them.
