Åsögatan, Stockholm

Södermalm studio. Welcome to a newly renovated home with open spaces, almost 3 meter high ceilings, original floors and a balcony with sunshine the entire day. Bright, high up in the building, close to Vitabergsparken and Ersta Terass. Cozy bars and cafés just outside the door. Everything is included in the rent. Will be living with my partner and travel, looking for great guests who can take care of the apartment like it was their own. Non-smokers. No loud parties. Move in as soon as possible. Let me know what your life looks like ahead and I am sure we can make it happen. Let me know a bit about yourself (no long text needed), then a short call if it's okay for you.
