Hej, Nybyggd fräsch lägenhet från (2021) belägen i början av Tyresö. Här finner du det bästa av två världar, med närhet till både natur och stadspuls. Från busstationen Masten ca 5 mins promenad bort, går flertalet bussfiler som var 5:e min tar dig till Gullmarsplan på ca 16 min. Därefter ansluter du till tunnelbanan, Tvärbanan, och bussar. Lägenheten ligger precis intill Tyresö köpcentrum med ett stort utbud av diverse butiker, restauranger och caféer. Du hittar även en simhall och flera gym inom mindre än 5 minuters gångavstånd. Jag planera att hyra ut min nuvarande hyresrätt under minst 1 år, då jag kommer flytta ihop med min partner. Ny hyresgäst kommer att behöva godkännas via styrelsen innan inflytt kan ske. Lägenheten hyrs ut omöblerad men är fullt utrustad med disk och - tvättmaskin. Det finns även ett extra utrymme för förvaring. Cykelrum finns. El, varmt vatten samt bredband ingår inte i den fasta hyran utan kommer att debiteras ytterligare beroende på förbrukning. Idag betalar jag själv ca 600kr extra per månad för el och vatten. Here you find the best of both worlds with nature just around the corner and the city not far away. With a 5-minute walk to Masten bus stop there are several bus lanes that regularly take you to Gullmarsplan (the journey takes 16 minutes) after that you are well connected to the Metro, Tvärbanan, and more busses to Stockholm city. The apartment is situated nearby Tyresö köpcentrum where you find a good selection of a your essential stores and cafes. There are also several gyms and a swimming hall available, all within less than a 5-minute walking distance. Above that Tyresö also has amazing nature spots all around. I’m planning to rent out my apartment for at least a year as I’m moving in with my partner. I have a first-hand Hyresrättkontrakt and the rent-out process will go through the förening and be approved by the board. The apartment will be rented out with no furniture but is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is extra space for storage and also a outside- room for bikes. Electricity, warm water and internet are not included in the fixed rent and they will be charged additionally depending on your consumption and so on. For example my last bill, I paid an extra 600 SEK. Internet costs around 500 SEK a month. To have individual Home insurance is also required for the person moving in.
