Andra Långgatan, Göteborg

Our apartment is on Andra Långgatan in the center of Göteborg. It has a small bedroom, but a huge living room and kitchen. We rent it out furnished. The apartment area is 67 square meters. Included: laundry room in the basement, storage room in the basement (shared with us), water, heating, garbage, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, high-speed internet, video projector. Not included: electricity - you'll have your own electricity contract. No smoking and no pets. The building is going through a renovation of the balconies, so there will be long periods of scaffolding around the building. The access to the terrace from the kitchen is limited due to the scaffolding. Ideal for people working from an office, since the renovation work is carried out only during business hours (8am-5pm). We need to check references before we sign the contract. We need you to have a personal number and proof of income. If you are interested, please reply with a detailed profile of yourself (and your family who will be living with you).
