Duvedsvägen, Vällingby

Welcome to my bright and pleasant home on the top floor of a charming old three-story house. The area is calm and safe, with several amenities within walking distance, including grocery stores. It's only a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and with it, you can reach the city center in just 25 minutes. The room comes with access to all amenities, including the kitchen and kitchen equipment, bathroom, living room, and laundry facilities. There is also a large green park right outside the balcony, perfect for relaxation. As a student juggling the demands of academia and living expenses, I'm opening my home not only to ease financial burdens but also because I see it as a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange with international souls. My home has always been a place to feel free, and I look forward to sharing it with someone who appreciates a balance of city life and nature. I have a quiet lifestyle and value personal space and boundaries, while always being open to pleasant conversations. I am seeking a reliable and respectful female tenant who values a clean and organized home and can contribute to harmonious cohabitation. If you have them, references from past roommates would be the cherry on top. Water and heating are included. Ready to turn the page and start a new chapter? Your new home awaits, move in whenever you wish! /Victoria
