The apartment has a large living room and kitchen with an open floor plan and a spacious bathroom. There is also a large balcony that gets generous amounts of sun during the day! The bedroom is approximately 10 square meters. The apartment is rented furnished. The furnishings include a large bed, table, chairs, kitchen utensils, curtains, and shelves. Rent The entire apartment is rented out for 7545 SEK/month (including Wi-Fi, excluding electricity). As a roommate, one room is rented out for 5500 SEK/month (including both Wi-Fi and electricity). You as a tenant Note that only one person can rent the apartment. I expect that you have a Swedish personal number and good references. You have a steady income (student loans are okay), and to verify your finances, you can show both payslips and an employment contract (and/or an admission letter from the school you will be attending). You are also non-smoking and pet-free, as I am highly allergic to them. As a person, you are orderly and value having a clean environment. You are considerate and respectful of others' boundaries.
