Hemmings väg, Sollentuna

Fully furnished house for rent in Sollentuna from March1st. 25 sqm living area + 14 sqm terrace next to Väsjön. I'm looking for a long-term tenant (single or a couple). The house is facing south catching all of the sun and even a private parking spot for the car belongs to the house. Buses go either to red tunnelbana line or to Sollentuna station (pendeltag). Next ICA is in walking distance. The neighbors are quite and very friendly so that one feels welcome right away. Rent is incl. electricity. Send me a message if you are interested. You can always come by to check it out if you like.
